Head Hostess – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for a polished and confident Head Hostess to lead the welcome team at its Dubai venue. As the first face guests see, you will set the tone for the whole visit, greeting guests, managing arrivals and waiting times, and seating them in a way that keeps the floor balanced. You will lead and train hosts and hostesses, work closely with reservations and the restaurant team, and handle VIPs and special requests with warmth and discretion. If you have strong experience in a premium restaurant, excellent presentation and a calm, welcoming manner under pressure, this role offers a clear step up within a growing hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests, managing arrivals, walk-ins and waiting lists
  • Lead, train and schedule the host and hostess team
  • Coordinate bookings and seating plans with the reservations and floor teams
  • Handle VIP guests, feedback and special requests with care
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented entrance and reception area

Requirements

  • Experience as a Head Hostess, Senior Hostess or Host in a quality restaurant
  • Excellent presentation, communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
  • Familiarity with reservation systems
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
