Guest Service Agent – Central Hotels Dubai

Central Hotels Dubai is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Front Office department. The ideal candidate will be the face of the hotel, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates with strong communication skills, a warm personality, and fluency in Russian will have an advantage. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating memorable stays for guests, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage front desk operations.
  • Handle reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems and front‑office procedures.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
