As the first and last point of contact for every guest, you’ll set the tone for the Rove experience — welcoming travellers with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll work closely with reservations, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and in line with Rove service standards
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary
  • Manage room allocations, billing, payments, and reservation updates accurately
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays
  • Promote hotel facilities, local experiences, and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest journey

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or guest service role, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with property management systems
  • A warm, guest-focused personality with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
