The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests at VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You will handle check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
