🔎 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility with work hours and operational needs.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

🧑‍🍳 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to NEZHA’s culinary standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your designated section.
  • Ensure all food preparation complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team during service to meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and proper storage procedures.
  • Contribute to menu consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision and maintain high standards at all times.
