🧭 Role Overview

As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar—delivering exceptional service, preparing high‑quality beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. You’ll work closely with the F&B team to maintain smooth operations and uphold the brand’s service standards.

🍹 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
  • Engage guests with warm, professional, and personalized service
  • Recommend drinks, upsell premium products, and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Bar Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
  • Manage stock levels, requisitions, and inventory control
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverages
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations

Quality & Standards

  • Create signature cocktails and support beverage promotions
  • Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation
  • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, lounge, or upscale venue
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
  • Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
