Pera Palace is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our expanding restaurant operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee craftsmanship, guest interaction, and delivering memorable experiences. As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high‑quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment that values professionalism, creativity, and continuous learning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
  • Manage inventory and restocking of coffee supplies and condiments
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and food‑handling standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a hospitality environment (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and menu items
