The Barback plays a crucial behind‑the‑scenes role in supporting bartenders, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organized, and operating smoothly throughout the day.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Prepare basic ingredients and bar tools before service.
• Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols consistently.
• Handle inventory rotation and report low stock levels promptly.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long hours.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
