Drift Dubai is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and service‑driven Barback to join our luxury beachfront property. As one of Dubai’s most prestigious hospitality destinations, Drift Dubai is known for its refined atmosphere, exceptional service, and vibrant social scene. The Barback plays a crucial behind‑the‑scenes role in supporting bartenders, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organized, and operating smoothly throughout the day.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced environments, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn more about bar operations and mixology. You will work closely with a multicultural team, helping maintain Drift Dubai’s high standards of efficiency and guest satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
  • Prepare basic ingredients and bar tools before service.
  • Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols consistently.
  • Handle inventory rotation and report low stock levels promptly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long hours.
  • Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
