Job Summary

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is seeking a professional, experienced, and service‑oriented All‑Day Dining Supervisor (female) to lead our all‑day dining outlet. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, and a hands‑on approach to delivering Marriott’s high standards of guest service. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the all‑day dining outlet across all meal periods, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor service staff; conduct on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation standards; ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor service timing, food presentation, and guest interactions; step in to resolve issues and maintain standards.
  • Manage shift handovers, staff rosters, and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods and events.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, banquet, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and minimizing wastage; report shortages and assist with ordering.
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and responsible service of food and beverages; ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and brief senior management on outlet performance and guest trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in an all‑day dining restaurant or hotel F&B outlet; hotel experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team.
  • Strong knowledge of buffet and a la carte service standards, POS systems, and basic cost control.
  • Excellent communication, guest‑service, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional grooming, confident presence, and a guest‑first attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Food safety or hospitality certification is a plus.
