Admin Coordinator – F&B Industry – UAE

Home Bakery is looking for a highly organized and detail‑driven Admin Coordinator to support our growing operations across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, enjoys multitasking, and can confidently manage administrative workflows that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with management, HR, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, efficient communication, and timely execution of daily tasks. If you have strong administrative experience within the F&B or hospitality sector and are ready to join immediately, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordination: Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and coordination between FOH, BOH, and management teams.
  • Procurement Assistance: Support purchase requests, track orders, and maintain updated records of suppliers and deliveries.
  • HR & Onboarding Support: Assist with employee documentation, attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and training schedules.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes follow company policies and UAE labor and food-safety regulations.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, stationery, and administrative tools; ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry within the UAE.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Valid UAE residency or work authorization.
