We are currently hiring for the following positions:


1. Front Office Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Supervise front office staff and provide training and guidance.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

2. Duty Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all hotel operations during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Oversee hotel staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Report to senior management with operational updates and key performance indicators.

3. Night Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest services are available 24/7.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night.
  • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during the night shift.
  • Supervise the night staff and ensure smooth operations.

4. Reservation Executive

  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest reservations and inquiries through phone, email, or the booking system.
  • Manage room availability, rates, and cancellations.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the reservation system.

5. Front Office Associates

  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Provide assistance with guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate guest records in the system.

6. Drivers

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for guests.
  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and clean.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and hotel transportation policies.
  • Assist guests with luggage when necessary.

7. Banquet Manager (Event Organizer Background)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and banquets.
  • Supervise staff involved in events and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Oversee food and beverage services during events.

8. Waitresses / Waiters

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Take orders, serve food, and manage guest inquiries.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables.

9. Executive Chef

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the culinary team and oversee kitchen operations.
  • Ensure the highest food quality standards and consistency.
  • Plan menus and create new recipes.
  • Manage food costs and inventory control.

10. Stewarding (KST)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure proper handling of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items.
  • Manage waste and ensure health and safety compliance.

11. Commi – I & II (Chinese & Tandoor)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of Chinese and Tandoor dishes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • Work with the kitchen team to create menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

12. Plumber

  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems.
  • Fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues within the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Work with the engineering team to maintain hotel facilities.

13. AC Technician

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair air conditioning systems in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems.
  • Ensure comfort for guests by maintaining ideal temperature conditions.

14. Sales Executives

  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate sales leads for the hotel.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
  • Promote the hotel’s services, packages, and offers to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s revenue growth.

15. Cost Controller (Hotel Background with Exposure to Liquor)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, including food, beverage, and other operational costs.
  • Analyze financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain inventory and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure proper pricing and adherence to budget guidelines.

16. Finance Manager

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage hotel accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and report to senior management.
