Position: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate at Al-Fahim HQ, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. You will be the face of our brand, representing our values and delivering an exceptional experience to each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively drive sales by identifying potential customers, presenting products, and closing deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on the products and services we offer, providing detailed information to clients and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through strategic planning and high-level performance.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service at all times, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Al-Fahim HQ.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, assist in achieving collective goals, and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Appearance: Professional, well-groomed, and confident in presenting products and services.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic skills are a plus.
- Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
