Position Descriptions:
- Head Waiter
- Lead and manage a team of waiters to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Oversee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and mentor waitstaff, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
- Waiter
- Provide excellent service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Ensure all guests’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and handle closing procedures.
- Runner
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Assist waiters and kitchen staff with the smooth flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the service area and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
- Cashier
- Accurately process customer payments and provide receipts.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure the smooth operation of the register.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about the menu.
- Hostess
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.
- Ensure the entrance area is welcoming and organized.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
