About KOYO Japanese Steakhouse
KOYO Japanese Steakhouse is a new dining destination opening in Etobicoke, Toronto, in November 2026. The restaurant combines the craft of Japanese cuisine with the warmth and generosity of a classic steakhouse. Guests can expect carefully prepared steaks, fresh sushi and sashimi, and thoughtful drinks, all served in a welcoming, polished setting.
At KOYO, hospitality is the heart of everything we do. We believe a great meal depends on the people behind it, from the chefs who cook each dish to the service team who make every guest feel looked after. That is why we are building our opening team with care, bringing together passionate, talented hospitality professionals across both Front of House and Back of House.
