Open Positions:

• Male Security Guard
  Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting routine patrols, and handling emergency situations. Previous security experience is preferred.
• Security Supervisor
  Oversee security operations, manage a team of security guards, and ensure compliance with security protocols. The role includes handling incidents, coordinating with management, and conducting training. Experience in a supervisory security role is required.
• CCTV Operator
  Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the security of the premises, identifying potential threats or breaches. The ideal candidate will have experience operating security systems and attention to detail.
• Patrolling Driver
  Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure the security of all areas. The role requires a valid driving license and a good understanding of security procedures. Previous driving experience in a security capacity is a plus.
• Forklift Operator
  Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials in warehouses or construction sites. Candidates should have a valid forklift license and experience in operating heavy machinery.
• Bus Driver
  Transport staff or passengers to designated locations in a safe and timely manner. Applicants should have a valid bus driver license and a clean driving record. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Plumber
  Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and relevant certifications.
• Electrician
  Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Applicants should have proven electrical experience, technical knowledge, and certifications as per local regulations.
• HVAC Technicians
  Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires technical expertise in HVAC systems and a valid certification.
• Finishing Carpenter
  Work with wood, metal, and other materials to finish building and construction projects. Responsibilities include installing cabinets, doors, window frames, and other fixtures. Experience in finishing carpentry is required.
• MEP Technician
  Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. Applicants should have experience in MEP systems and relevant certifications.
