Job Descriptions & Requirements:
- Party Coordinator or Host
- Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and host birthday parties and events.
- Ensure smooth coordination of all event details, including entertainment, food, and decorations.
- Provide a high level of customer service, making each event memorable for the guests.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or hosting in a leisure or entertainment environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Team Leader
- Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of attendants to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations.
- Oversee daily operations, address customer concerns, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
- Train new staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role within the leisure and entertainment industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Receptionist
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as answering calls and emails.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems.
- Play Area Attendant
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in the play area and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the play area.
- Assist guests and provide information about the facilities.
- Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the leisure industry.
- Energetic, attentive, and safety-conscious.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Commis Chef
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing food and beverages in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and tasks.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Barista
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests.
- Ensure high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and handle cash transactions.
- Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a barista role.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and machine operation.
