1. Waiter/Waitress
Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor
- Take food and drink orders and provide recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
2. Room Attendant
Job Description:
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure the room is ready for guests’ arrival
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow company health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest requests
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
3. Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the hotel, and ensure an excellent guest experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently and professionally
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide information about hotel services
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Ensure smooth communication with other hotel departments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
4. FO Night Supervisor
Job Description:
The FO Night Supervisor will oversee the front desk operations during the overnight shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests, while providing leadership to the night team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the front desk team during the night shift
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving guests
- Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the night
- Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare nightly reports and complete administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts
5. Bellman
Job Description:
As a Bellman, you will provide exceptional service to guests by assisting with luggage, offering directions, and helping with other guest requests during their arrival and departure.

Job Description:
As a Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of cold food items in our restaurant and banquet operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of salads, appetizers, and cold dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist senior chefs as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment

Job Description:
