Job Description:
As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service. You will lead and manage the team to provide exceptional service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders).
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure service standards are met consistently.
- Assist with training and development of staff members.
- Manage floor staffing, scheduling, and resources.

Job Description:
The Floor Supervisor will assist the Floor Manager in managing day-to-day floor operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive excellent service, managing a team of front-of-house staff, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide front-of-house staff.
- Assist in managing daily floor operations.
- Ensure that guests receive timely, courteous, and efficient service.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor the restaurant’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with team training and performance evaluation.
- Ensure that service standards and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Position 3: Waiter/Waitress

Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Assist with menu knowledge and food pairing recommendations.
- Follow restaurant procedures for handling cash, tips, and orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.

Position 4: Runner

Job Description:
The Runner will support the front-of-house team by delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. You will be essential in assisting with service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist waitstaff in setting up and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
- Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, although hospitality experience is a plus.

Position 5: Head Hostess

Job Description:
The Head Hostess will lead the front-of-house greeting team, ensuring that guests are welcomed and seated promptly, and assisting with managing reservations and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
- Ensure guests are satisfied and ensure wait times are minimal.
- Oversee the hostess team and provide guidance during shifts.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the front of the restaurant.
- Work closely with the floor manager to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a hosting or supervisory role.

Position 6: Hostess

Job Description:
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a warm welcome and guiding them to their seats. You’ll also manage reservations and assist with customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them appropriately.
- Manage reservation lists and handle walk-ins.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance.
- Assist in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Position 7: Bartender

Job Description:
The Bartender will create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their drinks and have an exceptional bar experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with Kaya’s standards.
- Interact with customers and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash and process orders efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
