🧭 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Guest Service Agent (Opera System)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Ensure smooth communication between front desk and other departments
- Deliver warm, professional service at all times
2. Sous Chef
- Support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations and menu execution
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Innovate with seasonal and fine dining menu items
3. Commi 1 (Fine Dining)
- Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards
- Assist CDPs and Sous Chef with mise en place and service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in assigned station
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Contribute to menu development and plating aesthetics
4. Commi 3 (Colleague Kitchen)
- Support daily meal preparation for staff cafeteria
- Ensure consistent quality and timely service
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in inventory and kitchen upkeep
- Learn and grow under senior kitchen staff guidance
5. Assistant Chief Steward
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Manage stewarding team schedules and training
- Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours
6. Stewarding Supervisor
- Supervise dishwashing and cleaning operations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices
- Train new stewards on safety and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams for smooth operations
7. Waiter / Waitress
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle billing
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas
- Upsell menu items and offer recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
8. Bellman cum Driver
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs
- Provide shuttle services and local transfers as required
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety checks
- Support front office with guest arrivals and departures
- Deliver exceptional hospitality with a courteous demeanor
