🎯 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Floor Supervisor
- Lead and coordinate daily FOH operations
- Ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery
- Train and mentor team members
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
2. Hostess
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams
- Maintain a polished appearance and positive attitude
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
3. Waiters
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained
- Deliver attentive and personalized service
- Handle billing and guest feedback professionally
4. Runners
- Deliver food and drinks from kitchen/bar to tables
- Support waitstaff during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Assist with table resets and guest needs
5. Head Bartender
- Oversee bar operations and beverage quality
- Create and innovate drink recipes
- Train and supervise bartenders and barbacks
- Manage inventory and ordering of bar supplies
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
6. Bartenders / Baristas
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty coffee
- Engage with guests and share product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
- Contribute to seasonal drink menus and presentation
7. Barback
- Support bartenders with prep and restocking
- Clean and organize bar stations
- Ensure glassware and tools are available and sanitized
- Assist with inventory and waste management
- Learn bar operations and grow into bartender role
