🔹 Housekeeping Supervisor
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction standards are met.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
🔹 Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities and linens are stocked.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up with the team for timely resolutions.
🔹 Telephone Operator
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Ensure accurate communication between departments and guests.
- Maintain a record of calls and messages, providing follow-up as needed.
🔹 Waiter / Waitress
- Provide exceptional dining service to guests.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and attend to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas.
📌 Requirements:
- Candidates must be available in the UAE.
- Relevant experience in the same field in UAE is preferred.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
