Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering item questions
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Handle billing, payments, and guest requests professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table turnover

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred
  • Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
