INJA Restaurant, part of Atelier House Hospitality, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Store Keeper to join our team in New Delhi. The Store Keeper plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth back‑of‑house operations by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting kitchen teams, and upholding strict standards of organization and documentation. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels for all food and non‑food items
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock
  • Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock documentation and daily records
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams for requisitions and stock distribution
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with storage and safety standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of FIFO, stock rotation, and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and purchasing teams
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong discipline and reliability
  • Local candidates based in New Delhi only
  • Relevant experience in professional kitchens required
