INJA Restaurant, part of Atelier House Hospitality, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Store Keeper to join our team in New Delhi. The Store Keeper plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth back‑of‑house operations by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting kitchen teams, and upholding strict standards of organization and documentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands the importance of stock control in a professional kitchen, and is committed to efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels for all food and non‑food items
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock
  • Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock documentation and daily records
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams for requisitions and stock distribution
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with storage and safety standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of FIFO, stock rotation, and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and purchasing teams
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong discipline and reliability
  • Local candidates based in New Delhi only
  • Relevant experience in professional kitchens required
