Creekside Hotel Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue and enhance guest experiences. You will represent the hotel to corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, crafting proposals and negotiating contracts that align with our service standards and commercial goals. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across operations, marketing, and revenue teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships and measurable sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; act as primary point of contact.
  • Proposals and Contracts: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing and revenue management.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and forecast pipeline activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Networking: Represent the hotel at industry events, site inspections, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in hotel sales, corporate sales, or a related hospitality sales role.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work flexible hours.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Tech: Comfortable using MS Office and sales reporting tools.
