Clap of Flour, the newest Pasta Bar Concept by Glee Hospitality Group, is preparing to open at the picturesque Canal Front in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to support our Back of House operations.
This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth workflow of the kitchen. As a Kitchen Steward, you will ensure that all equipment, utensils, and work areas are kept spotless and ready for use, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our culinary team. If you take pride in cleanliness, work well under pressure, and want to be part of a dynamic new concept, we’d be happy to consider you.

🧽 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage areas, and waste disposal zones.
  • Assist chefs with basic prep tasks when required.
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to maintain workflow.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Physically fit and able to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining cleanliness.
  • Locally available in the UAE.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
