🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments for smooth operations
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to Kempinski service standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality procedures across the hotel

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and guest‑centric mindset
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and ability to work under pressure
