Introduction

Hey Tiger is opening soon in Dubai, and we are looking for charismatic, professional Hostesses to be the welcoming face of our venue. As a Hostess, you will set the tone for the guest experience, managing reservations, seating, and first impressions in a lively, stylish environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome — Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional first impression.
  • Reservation Management — Handle bookings, cancellations, and walk‑ins efficiently.
  • Seating Coordination — Organize seating plans to maximize flow and guest comfort.
  • Guest Assistance — Provide information about the menu, events, and venue features.
  • Communication — Liaise with waitstaff and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
  • Ambiance Maintenance — Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Problem Solving — Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience — Minimum 1–2 years in hostess or guest‑facing hospitality roles.
  • Skills — Strong communication, organizational ability, and customer service orientation.
  • Attributes — Friendly, confident, well‑presented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Availability — Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Language — Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Legal — Must be based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE.
