Role Overview:
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests to their tables, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Manage reservations and waitlists, providing accurate wait times and seating arrangements.

  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

  • Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure efficient service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
