Role Overview:
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests to their tables, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage reservations and waitlists, providing accurate wait times and seating arrangements.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is an advantage.
