We are currently seeking a confident, elegant, and service-driven Hostess to join our front-of-house team. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in high-energy, upscale environments, this is your opportunity to be part of one of Dubai’s most celebrated dining concepts.

🌸 Position Summary

As a Hostess at CLAP Dubai, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant—setting the tone for each guest’s experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure that every guest feels valued, comfortable, and excited to dine with us. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the flow of service and enhancing the overall guest journey.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins using the booking system (e.g., SevenRooms or similar)
  • Coordinate seating arrangements based on guest preferences and operational flow
  • Maintain an organized and elegant reception area
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth transitions and table readiness
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations during peak hours
  • Assist in maintaining guest records and feedback logs
  • Uphold CLAP’s brand standards in appearance, etiquette, and service delivery

✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle venue
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic, French, or Russian) are a plus
  • Professional grooming and confident presence
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and guest management tools
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately (preferred)
