🧭 Role Overview

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for their dining experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth guest flow while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that defines Hilton hospitality.

💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Engagement

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest flow efficiently
  • Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor at all times

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess desk and entrance area
  • Assist in preparing seating plans and managing table rotations
  • Support the F&B team during busy periods

Service Excellence

  • Ensure guest preferences and special requests are communicated clearly
  • Handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Uphold Hilton brand standards in service, appearance, and communication

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a front‑of‑house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, well‑presented, and guest‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during peak service hours
  • Professional grooming and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
