As a Head Waiter, you will play a crucial role in leading the service team, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee table management, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure that every guest receives attentive, personalized service. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between floor staff, kitchen, and bar.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction.
  • Train new team members on service protocols and brand standards.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements professionally.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
