As a Head Waiter, you will play a crucial role in leading the service team, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a confident hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service excellence. You will oversee table management, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure that every guest receives attentive, personalized service. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between floor staff, kitchen, and bar.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction.
  • Train new team members on service protocols and brand standards.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements professionally.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
