As the first point of contact for guests, you will set the tone for the entire experience by delivering warm, professional, and seamless hospitality from the moment they arrive. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage high guest volumes while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor. You will oversee the hostess team, manage reservations, coordinate seating plans, and ensure smooth communication between the front‑of‑house and service teams. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the hostess team to ensure exceptional guest reception.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during peak hours.
  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and brand‑aligned etiquette.
  • Coordinate closely with service and management teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback with discretion and care.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑handling skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional grooming, confident presence, and a guest‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high‑pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
