Head Barista – Ritual Cafe, Dubai

Ritual Cafe, a specialty coffee and dessert destination in Dubai known for its artistic espresso-based drinks and warm, design-forward atmosphere, is hiring an experienced Head Barista to lead its coffee bar team. This role is ideal for a coffee professional with strong technical skills and a passion for training others to produce consistently excellent beverages. As Head Barista, you will lead and coach the barista team, maintain and calibrate equipment, and oversee coffee stock and supplier coordination to keep the bar running smoothly. It’s an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing specialty coffee brand in Dubai known for its craftsmanship and presentation. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the barista team in preparing espresso-based drinks to Ritual Cafe’s standards
  • Train and coach baristas on techniques, latte art, and beverage recipes
  • Maintain and calibrate espresso machines and grinders for consistent quality
  • Manage coffee and beverage stock, ordering, and supplier coordination
  • Uphold cleanliness and workflow efficiency at the coffee bar

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or senior barista role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and machine maintenance
  • Leadership and training skills to guide a barista team
  • Passion for specialty coffee and consistent quality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
