Cashier – Rocambole’s Co Italian Restaurant, Dubai

Rocambole’s Co, an Italian restaurant in Dubai backed by Infini Concepts, is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who combines accuracy with a friendly, guest-facing presence, ensuring every transaction reflects the same care and professionalism as the rest of our service. You’ll manage POS transactions, reconcile daily sales, and coordinate closely with waitstaff and management to keep billing smooth and accurate, even during peak service. We’re looking for candidates with previous cashier or POS experience in restaurants or licensed venues, strong numerical accuracy, and a calm, organized approach under pressure. Duties & Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare accurate end-of-shift sales reports
• Issue receipts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management on billing, discounts, and promotions
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial transactions and guest data

Requirements

• Previous cashier or POS experience within restaurants or licensed venues
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and daily reconciliation processes
• Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling guest transactions
• Must currently be based in Dubai
