Assistant Server – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are seeking enthusiastic, service‑oriented Assistant Servers to support our FOH teams across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to delivering warm, attentive service. As an Assistant Server, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting Servers in creating memorable guest experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Support

  • Assist Servers in delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Refill water, clear tables, and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming presence on the floor.

Service Preparation

  • Set up dining areas before service, including tables, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
  • Ensure service stations are fully stocked and organized.
  • Support smooth table turnover during busy periods.

Operational Assistance

  • Help with running food from the kitchen to the dining room.
  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in daily briefings and on‑shift training.
  • Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain service efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑focused work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hospitality brand (freshers with strong potential may be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
