As an Executive Lounge F&B Assistant, you will be the face of our exclusive guest lounge, delivering seamless service and creating memorable experiences for our premium guests. This role combines the elegance of fine dining with the warmth of personalized hospitality, making it ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of guest expectations in a luxury setting.

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

  • Welcome guests to the Executive Lounge with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide personalized service, remembering guest preferences and anticipating needs
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with discretion and efficiency

Food & Beverage Operations

  • Set up and maintain buffet presentations for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails
  • Serve beverages and light meals with attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the lounge area

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth lounge operations
  • Maintain accurate records of guest visits, preferences, and feedback
  • Assist in inventory control and restocking of lounge supplies

Brand Standards & Ambassadorship

  • Uphold IHG and Crowne Plaza service standards at all times
  • Represent the brand with impeccable grooming, etiquette, and product knowledge
  • Support promotional activities and seasonal lounge offerings

🎯 Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in luxury hospitality or executive lounge service
  • Is fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Is well-groomed, punctual, and committed to excellence
  • Is currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
