The Reservation Agent is the central link between our guests and our operations. You will be responsible for managing bookings, responding to inquiries, coordinating with the front‑of‑house team, and ensuring that every guest receives accurate information and seamless service. 📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Manage the reservation system with accuracy, ensuring all bookings are updated in real time
  • Provide guests with clear information about menus, timings, policies, and special events
  • Coordinate with the Hostess and FOH team to ensure smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
  • Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed while maintaining professional communication
  • Assist guests with special requests, dietary needs, celebrations, and group bookings
  • Maintain a courteous, warm, and professional tone in all interactions
  • Monitor reservation trends and communicate peak periods or special requirements to management
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and problem‑solving skills
  • Support the team during busy service hours and contribute to overall guest satisfaction

📌 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a guest‑facing administrative role within hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary) is an advantage
  • Professional phone etiquette and a warm, engaging personality
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving ability
  • High level of grooming and personal presentation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
