Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our culinary teams across Dubai. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish. This role is ideal for ambitious chefs who are ready to take ownership of their station and contribute to the success of our high-profile venues.


📝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, or grill).
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to brand standards with precision and creativity.
  • Train and mentor Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie within your section.
  • Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and stock levels are maintained.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor portion control, minimize wastage, and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Support smooth service during peak hours by coordinating with other sections.

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisines.
  • Ability to lead and motivate junior staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
