Bartender | Eataly🍸 Job Summary

Eataly Dubai is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
