Eataly Dubai is seeking an energetic and customer-focused F&B Runner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and assisting the front-of-house team in maintaining a clean and organized environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.

  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.

  • Support the front-of-house team in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in the induction training of new employees.

  • Participate in the restaurant closing process by checking condiments’ expiry dates and replenishing them on tables.

🎓 Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
