Job Description:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our high-end dining experience. You will lead a passionate team, ensure top-notch service, and contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver impeccable service
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Ensuring that guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high standards
- Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to elevate service quality
- Managing inventory and ensuring the restaurant meets all operational requirements
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and menu execution
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner

✔ Fluent communication skills in English
✔ Current residency in Dubai
✔ Strong leadership abilities and a passion for hospitality
