Specialization: African Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic African dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in procurement of African ingredients
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely meal delivery
- Innovate and adapt recipes to suit diverse palates while preserving authenticity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in African cuisine (East, West, or Southern African styles)
- Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
👩💼 Waitress
Preferred Nationality: African
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with grace and efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service
- Fluent in English; additional African languages are a plus
- Presentable, courteous, and team-oriented
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
