🧑🍳 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Sous Chef
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Manage inventory and supplier coordination
2. Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (grill, pastry, etc.)
- Prepare dishes to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station
- Support the Sous Chef in training and quality control
3. Commis Chef
- Assist CDPs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Learn and grow within a structured kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Ensure timely mise en place for service
4. Cleaner
- Maintain cleanliness across all café areas including kitchen, dining, and restrooms
- Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Assist with waste management and stockroom organization
5. Barista
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages
- Engage with guests and share product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency at the bar station
- Innovate with seasonal drink recipes and presentation
6. Waiter
- Deliver exceptional table service with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu and take orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
7. Admin/Cashier
- Manage POS transactions and daily cash reconciliation
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest records
- Support administrative tasks including inventory logs and staff schedules
- Maintain front desk organization and assist with reporting
