Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations and culinary strategy
- Develop innovative menus aligned with Chef Grégoire Berger’s vision
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and performance
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on cost control and supplier relations
👨🍳 Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Supervise kitchen stations and ensure smooth service flow
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Monitor food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist in menu development and inventory management
👨🍳 Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (grill, pastry, etc.)
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards
