We are now hiring for the following positions:
- Hostess
- Waitress
- Waiters
- Mixologist
- Sommelier
- Floor Supervisor
Job Descriptions & Requirements:
- Hostess:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional welcome upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Ensure that the dining area is organized and guests are attended to promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
- Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Waitress / Waiters:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas, including cleanliness and organization
- Take orders and ensure that they are delivered as requested
- Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, good knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Mixologist:
- Create and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests
- Develop new drink recipes and contribute to the bar’s unique menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Engage with guests to create a memorable and enjoyable bar experience
- Requirements: Experience in mixology, excellent knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and a creative flair for drink innovation.
- Sommelier:
- Curate and maintain a wine list that complements the restaurant’s food offerings
- Assist guests with wine selections and offer expert pairing recommendations
- Educate staff and guests on wine varieties, vintages, and the overall wine experience
- Maintain the wine inventory and ensure proper storage conditions
- Requirements: Formal wine education or certification, experience as a sommelier, and a passion for fine wines and guest experiences.
- Floor Supervisor:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff and ensure high service standards are maintained
- Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive outcome
- Monitor the guest experience and make adjustments as necessary to enhance satisfaction
- Requirements: Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or bar, strong leadership skills, and an ability to manage and motivate a team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Fluent communication skills (English; other languages a plus)
- Experience in a similar role (except for Hostess & Waitress roles, where training will be provided)
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
