Open Positions:
We are hiring for the following roles at Fifth Flavor:
1. Steward
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization.
- Handle waste disposal and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
2. Commis
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and according to hygiene standards.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Assist with setting up kitchen stations and preparing ingredients for service.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus.
- A passion for food and learning in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
3. Waiter
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages.
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience through excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests.
- Friendly, professional, and energetic attitude.
4. Mixologist
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with creating new drink recipes and offering drink suggestions to guests.
- Ensure that guests have a delightful experience with top-notch service.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender, with knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail trends.
- Strong customer service skills and an engaging personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
