Job Descriptions:
- F&B Manager
- Oversee the operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service.
- Manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure the best guest experience. Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B management or similar roles in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Waitstaff/Server
- Provide guests with exceptional service in our restaurants and bars.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them with precision.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with setting up for special events or private dining experiences. Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests with excellent presentation and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with creating cocktail menus and offer suggestions to guests.
- Provide a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Deep knowledge of classic cocktails and modern drink trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- F&B Supervisor
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in the daily operations of the F&B outlets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support the F&B manager with administrative duties and inventory control. Job Requirements:
- Experience in F&B supervision or management in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
